Adding software
The quickest way is Special:AddSoftware: search Wikidata or GitHub, review the harvested record, and it creates the item, the FOSS:<Name> page and the page↔item link in one go. Prefer the manual path (Special:AddSoftware/manual) when no authority record exists.
Every software page is built from Template:FOSS (banner + infobox) — see Help:Contributing/semanticDynamicContent for how the infobox reads the item.
