Ancient Chinese and Polynesia civilisations

The Chinese and Polynesian civilisations were known to have mapped out the stars and planets visible from earth. [1]

Ancient Arabic civilisation

The ancient Arabic civilisation is known to have developed mathematics and fabricate glass, paper, metal, and chemical products.[1]

Medieval Europe

Little scientific progress was made between the fall of the Roman empire in 5th century CE and 10 century CE, as religion, not science was the preferred method to understand the world.[1].

From 10 to 12 centuries CE, the scientific methods and knowledges of the ancient Greeks were reintroduced by arabic invaders reaching Europe through Spain, and was gradually popularised among the social elites.[1]
